A little clarity before you start.
Should I choose PNG or JPEG?
PNG is lossless and useful for text, diagrams and screenshots. JPEG usually makes smaller files for photographic pages, with a white background.
Why might a high-resolution export be refused?
Raster export is limited to 16 megapixels per page and 200 MB per archive to protect your browser’s memory. Choose a lower resolution or export fewer pages.
